Pricing FAQ
What uses up my volume?
Anything that calls a model on your data: analysing a conversation, a documentation gap, an article judged outdated, a qualified duplicate, an Ask AI question. Nothing else. Syncing, storing, counting, displaying, exporting, crawling your help center or comparing your articles is included on every plan.
What happens when my volume runs out?
AI analysis pauses. Your conversations keep syncing and will be analysed as soon as the volume is restored: nothing is lost. No automatic billing, unless you turned on automatic top-up yourself, with the monthly cap of your choice.
Does my included volume roll over?
No: included volume renews each period and doesn't accumulate. Top-ups you buy, however, never expire — they stay yours if you change plan or cancel.
What if I exceed my plan once?
You top up, without changing subscription. A top-up costs about twice a plan's per-conversation rate: if it happens every month, the plan above will cost you less, and we tell you so in the app, with the calculation.
Does annual billing change anything about volume?
Yes, and that's its main benefit: the whole 12-month volume is credited at once. Your seasonal peaks are absorbed by your own allowance. You're charged monthly, and you pay 10 months out of 12.
Can I analyse my past conversations?
Yes, up to 90 days of history when you connect Intercom. You choose the depth: that's what stops a large backlog from using your whole volume at once.
Do you store my conversations?
ResponZ accesses your Intercom workspace read-only via OAuth. We write nothing to your workspace without your consent.
