What is a credit?
Each conversation analyzed by ResponZ goes through 4 AI steps: quality scoring, sentiment detection, intent classification, and noise filtering. Each step consumes 1 credit, so 1 conversation = 4 credits. You buy credits; we tell you how many conversations that covers.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Your 400 free credits (gifted at signup) and any purchased packs remain valid indefinitely.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Analysis stops cleanly. No surprises, no automatic billing. You buy another pack when you need it.
What does the Pro plan include exactly?
Pro includes 3,500 credits per month (≈ 875 conversations). If you exceed that, additional credits are billed at €0.054/credit. You also get API access and priority support.
Can I analyze historical conversations?
Yes. When connecting Intercom, ResponZ can analyze up to 90 days of past conversations. This consumes credits from your balance.
Do you store my conversations?
No. ResponZ accesses your Intercom workspace in read-only mode via OAuth. We analyze, we don't store conversation content.
