2. Description of Service

Responz is a SaaS platform for analysing Intercom support conversations. The service enables users to detect recurring questions, score response quality, identify knowledge base gaps and track their support team's performance metrics.

Responz strives to provide information as accurate as possible on https://www.responz.io but cannot be held liable for omissions or inaccuracies. All information is provided for guidance purposes and is subject to change.

3. Intellectual Property

Responz holds all intellectual property rights over all elements accessible on the website and platform: texts, images, graphics, logos, source code, algorithms and documentation.

Any unauthorised reproduction, modification or exploitation is prohibited without prior written consent (hello@responz.io), and will be pursued pursuant to applicable law.

4. Privacy Policy

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection law.

4.1 Data collected on the marketing website

On https://www.responz.io, Responz collects only the information necessary for the services offered: account creation, contact requests, and demo bookings. No non-required field conditions access to the service.

4.2 Data processed as part of the service

As part of the use of the platform, Responz accesses the customer's Intercom support conversations, in read-only mode, via OAuth. These data may contain personal data (name, email, message content) belonging to the user's end customers.

In respect of these data, Responz acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. The user (Responz customer) is the data controller. Applicable conditions are set out in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

The up-to-date list of sub-processors is available on request. Any change will be communicated in advance.

4.4 Retention periods

• User account: duration of the contractual relationship, then deletion within 30 days of termination.
• Analysed conversation data: duration defined by the user, up to the contract period. Deletion on request within 30 days.
• Technical logs: 12 months for security purposes.
• Billing data: 10 years (statutory accounting obligations).

4.5 Cookies

responz.io uses only:

• Strictly necessary cookies: site operation, authenticated session (login, language preference). No consent required.
• Anonymised audience measurement cookies: understanding of site usage without user identification.

You can configure your browser at any time to refuse cookies.

4.6 Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data, as well as the right to set directives regarding your data after your death.

You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in France: CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris cedex 07, www.cnil.fr).

4.7 Security

Responz implements appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), strong authentication for administrator access, access logging, regular backups and logical data segregation between customers.

No personal information is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold to third parties.

5. International Transfers

Some sub-processors may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, Responz ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision).

6. Hyperlinks

The site https://www.responz.io may contain links to third-party sites (partners, integrations, documentation). Responz cannot verify the content of these sites and accepts no responsibility for any unlawful content.

7. Applicable Law

Any dispute relating to the use of https://www.responz.io is subject to French law. In the absence of amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Grenoble.
