How it works

A 3-step setup gets you to your first insights in under 5 minutes. After that, ResponZ runs continuously in the background and your modules update on their own.

Overview

ResponZ is a managed service. You don't install anything, you don't schedule jobs. The setup is three guided steps in the onboarding flow, and the rest happens automatically.

1. Connect Intercom

Choose between two connection methods:

OAuth (recommended) — one click, you authorize ResponZ as a read-only app in your Intercom workspace. No credentials handled by you.
Access token — paste a personal access token if your IT policy requires it.

Good to know

ResponZ requests read-only scopes only. We can list and read conversations, contacts and CSAT ratings. We cannot reply, delete, or modify anything in your workspace.

2. Pick a window

Decide how much history ResponZ should analyze. This is the single biggest lever on credit consumption.

All history — best for a full picture, heavier on credits.
Last 30 / 60 / 90 days — balanced. Most teams pick 90 days for the trends to be meaningful.
New conversations only — analyze only what comes in from now on. Useful when you want to control spend tightly during a trial.

3. Get insights

Before you commit to any plan, ResponZ analyzes a free sample of 20 conversations and shows you a preview: top recurring topics, average score, number of low-score replies, top clusters. If the preview is useful, you activate a plan and the full analysis kicks in.

First full analysis typically completes in a few minutes for a 90-day window of a mid-sized workspace.

What runs continuously

Once activated, ResponZ syncs your new Intercom activity automatically:

New conversations are imported and scored as they close.
Clusters and gaps are recomputed daily — your top questions stay current.
CSAT ratings are pulled in to calibrate the AI quality score against real customer feedback.
If you connected GitHub, releases are detected from merges to main / prod and annotate the trends timeline.

How credits work

A credit equals one conversation analyzed end-to-end (clustering, scoring, sentiment, gap detection). The free preview consumes 20 credits, granted on signup.

Pro plan — €190 / month, 3,500 conversations included, then €0.054 per additional conversation.
Pay-as-you-go— buy packs from €19 to €199 when you don't want a subscription.
Enterprise — unlimited volume and custom integrations on quote.

Heads up

Re-analyzing the same conversation does not consume an additional credit. Picking a wider analysis window does, because it brings in more conversations to score.
